Shipping policy

Cinnamon Daisy ships internationally from Yorkshire, UK. Unfortunately, from 13th Dec 24, I am unable to ship to Northern Ireland and countries in the EU due to new product safety regulations.
Digital Product: Available immediately via email download.
Physical product: Shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving the order confirmation email. Delivery is via Royal Mail using a tracked service. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped which includes the tracking number.
UK: 2-3 business days | FREE
EU: 3-5 business days | £10.50-12 (calculated at checkout by weight and country)
Rest of World: 6-7 business days | £12-17 (calculated at checkout by weight and country)
Delivery times can increase around Black Friday / Christmas.
Customs & Import Taxes: For international orders, please be aware that you may be responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that apply. These fees are not included in the shipping costs and are the responsibility of the buyer. Cinnamon Daisy is not liable for delays caused by customs or issues with your local postal service.
We are not responsible for delays outside of our control. We will contact you as soon as possible to let you know of any delay which may occur to your order and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay.
If you provide to us any instructions relating to the delivery of your order (including, without limitation, instructions to leave the products in a particular place, outhouse or with a neighbour), you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of these instructions and we shall not be liable to you in relation to any loss of or damage to the product resulting from our following of your instructions. Delivery will be complete when we deliver the product to the address you gave us or in accordance with your other instructions.
