Buying & Downloading
How do I receive my sewing pattern after purchase?
As soon as you place your order, you’ll receive an email with download links for your sewing pattern files. You can also find them anytime in your Cinnamon Daisy account if you’ve created one.
Will the sewing pattern be emailed to me straight away?
Yes, the files are delivered instantly! If you don’t see the email within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder (just in case).
Can I re-download the sewing pattern later if I lose the file?
Absolutely! You can log into your account anytime to re-download your pattern. If you checked out as a guest and can’t find your files, just drop me a message and I’ll happily resend them.
What format are your PDF sewing patterns in? A4, A0, US letter?
All Cinnamon Daisy sewing patterns include A4/US letter files for printing at home, and an A0 copy shop file for professional printing. All patterns include projector files too.
Can I get the sewing pattern printed somewhere if I don’t have a printer?
Yes! Most online pattern printing services can print your A0 file and post it to you rolled up and ready to cut. I'm also working on offering printed patterns so watch this space!

What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay securely using all major debit and credit cards, PayPal, or Apple Pay.
Is your website safe and secure to order from?
Completely. My website is hosted on a trusted, secure platform with SSL encryption. Your personal information and payment details are safe.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges on digital patterns?
Because PDF sewing patterns are instantly delivered, I can’t offer refunds on digital files. But if you’ve made an accidental duplicate purchase or have trouble downloading, please contact me and I’ll always do my best to help.

Are your sewing patterns beginner-friendly?
Yes! Many Cinnamon Daisy patterns are designed with beginners in mind. Each one comes with detailed step-by-step instructions and clear photos to guide you gently through the sewing process. Some sewing patterns ow come with a video sewing tutorial and more videos will be added.
Do your sewing patterns include all sizes?
They do. My patterns are drafted for real bodies and include a full, size-inclusive range. Some designs also include multiple cup size options so you can get your best fit straight from the pattern.
Do you offer support if I get stuck?
Yes, you’re never left to figure things out alone. You can reach out to me directly, and I’ll help you figure things out.
Can I see finished versions of your sewing patterns made by other sewists?
Absolutely! Take a look at the gallery on each pattern page or browse the #cinnamondaisypatterns hashtag on Instagram. It’s full of beautiful makes from the sewing community!
I’ve had bad experiences with other pattern companies not being inclusive. Can I trust yours will fit me?
Size inclusivity is at the heart of Cinnamon Daisy. My patterns are tested by real sewists of all shapes, sizes, and heights to make sure they work beautifully on every body.
I love your patterns but feel intimidated, where should I start?
Start small! The Isla pattern is a perfect beginner-friendly choice (and it’s free to download!). You’ll gain confidence with each make and soon be sewing your dream wardrobe.
