This pattern is so thoughtful. I kept seeing this dress and thought it was cute but didn't really get the hype. Then I made it! New favorite dress for real and I will be making at least a couple more.
I love this pattern so much!! I have made a couple of sets (top and skirt) and have worn them so much! The full skirt really is stunning. I also had some 110 wide fabric and just reduced the width of the skirt which worked perfectly (on the advice of the designer!) highly recommend 💜💜💜
This was such a thoughtfully written pattern and a very approachable and rewarding project! The pattern delivers a very striking and fun result without a ton of complexity or difficult technique. I was using a very slippery/shifty fabric which was quite difficult to work with, and I think it wouldn't have worked at all with a more intricate/complicated pattern. So this was perfect! Looking forward to making this in a variety of fabrics -- it worked so well for a formal wedding guest dress, and I can tell it will also be amazing as a casual summer day dress!
I loved this pattern and it's one I'll be making in a few different styles! Explanations and instructions are clearly laid out at every step. I made a version that falls somewhere between the midi and mini and shortened the fluted sleeves by several inches. Next make will be a sleeveless version. I'll be making variations of this dress for years to come :)
What an amazing patters! The PDF was easy to read, the video cleared up any confusion, and the final product is SO cute!🤩
Loved putting this one together! Still only a beginner sewer but looking for challenges, and this was a great dress for just that. Video follow along was perfect, extremely helpful - I barely used the written instructions at all. Also love all the options and tips on adjusting the dress for your particular body. Flooded with compliments in the office as soon as I wore it!
This was such a fun dress to make - perfect for a intermediate sewer like myself although I'm sure a beginner could make this too! The pattern was very clear and the video was a helpful addition. I've received so many compliments on the dress I made and am hoping to make a second in a new fabric!
My first knit garment! It came together really fast and looks cute. Excellent instructions made this a super simple sew. The shirt that I made vs. the amount of effort it took was pretty fantastic.
I love my Willow Dress! The instructions were very clear, making for an enjoyable sewing experience. I made the sleeveless dress with a midi-length skirt, and added a lining to the bodice. I will making another very soon!
Pattern is super easily to follow and there are so many options included. I’ve already made 3 styles in different fabric. Was exactly what I was looking for
As always, this pattern by Cinnamon Daisy is excellent! The instructions are clear and well-written and the flow chart is helpful. Emma does a greatjob of designing for lots of different types of bodies and shares lots of fit photos, which I find helpful! I will be making a few of these!
LOVE the willow dress. The pattern was super easy to follow and turned out so cute. I'm getting ready to make my second iteration!
What an amazing pattern. So easy and quick to make up, great fit, lots of options. Can't see a need for another t shirt pattern, this one covers all bases, long/short sleeve, neck options, ctopped/long length. Love it! I'm on my third one!
I purchased this pattern the day it was released and have already made two versions of it (with plans to make more). I love how versatile the pattern is with the many options for neckline, sleeves and length. As a curvy woman (and mother of two), knit patterns can be hit or miss for me, but this one hugs my curves in all the right places…my husband even requested I make more :)
The pattern was very easy to follow as someone who has only been sewing a year. I absolutely loved the Sewing Order flow chart that was included…it made it so easy to make multiple versions of the pattern! I will 100% be purchasing more patterns from Cinnamon Daisy :)
